A fortune hunter meets his match in a wealthy lady with her eye on someone else in the delightful fourth Regency of Miller’s Infamous Lords series (after Never Kiss a Notorious Marquess). Elliot, who has known Nina since childhood, has been looking at her differently since a good friend reminded him of the fortune she’s set to inherit. But wooing the innocent but free-spirited Nina will require more finesse than any of his previous conquests. Elliot offers to help Nina land the Duke by pretending to court her himself and inciting Fernbridge’s jealousy, hoping that in so doing he’ll be able to seduce her.
